Understanding fight, flight, freeze, perfectionism, caretaking, and emotional shutdown.

Week 5 — Creative Expression & Release

Using art, movement, writing, and imagination to process stored emotion.

Week 6 — Rest, Joy, and Regulation

Relearning safety through pleasure, connection, beauty, and spaciousness.

Week 7 — Reconnection

Returning to intuition, embodiment, and self-trust.

Creating sustainable healing rhythms and tending your inner garden moving forward.
