First, let me say how happy I am that you are here reading this. That is a prayer answered and I'm humbled. My desire is to reach as many humans as possible with this message: YOU CAN HEAL and, even more, YOU ARE MADE FOR THE GARDEN.
My name is Tammy Chouinard and I have been experiencing chronic pain and symptoms for as long as I can remember [read my story here] I went to all the doctors and have done all the things, but never found lasting relief until I learned about regulating my nervous system.This science healed me and is now foundational in all I do.
My approach is simple: I help others to gently move into BEING in their bodies through movement and creative practices. I am not a therapist and never expect anyone to share personal trauma. Sharing doesn't heal us, FEELING what we feel does. This is processing trauma and no matter how big or small the traumatic event, this must happen or that trauma will be stored in our bodies until it's given safe space to release. And that's the work I do. I create safe spaces to move and breathe and heal.
I deeply value the gift of being in a room full of people doing yoga and art, but truth be told, I prefer smaller intimate settings and that is why I offer mostly 1:1 work. This is very personal work and should be done in small groups or one on one.
If you feel less than stellar and doctors can't tell you why, this work could be for you and I would love nothing more than to share practices and knowledge that changed my life and will change yours.
