Is it time for you to retreat?

Whether it's a planned event/vacation/retreat or daily ritual/practice, we spend loads of time trying to find our way back to peace.  We must all learn and have practices to keep our minds and bodies from succumbing to the ill health effects of STRESS and TRAUMA. WE MUST TAKE REST and truly spend time just enjoying ourselves. Stress and trauma are the reason for much of our suffering and the sooner we learn that REST and creative play are medicine the better. Retreating into creative experiences and meditation/yoga is one of the best ways to combat stress and help our bodies chill the heck out. 

We've gotten pretty good at retreating and would love to guide others into this life-altering practice. It's really nothing more than play. Many of us have lost that ability and we want to change that. Please, come retreat with us! The first Retreat will take place 2025. This is kinda what you can expect, but can be modified to suit your personal needs:

You are welcome to come alone for a retreat or bring a friend. We have special rates for couples. We have one full size bed and one double. Our accommodations are modest. There is nothing luxurious about an old 1912 farmhouse. It's sturdy and clean and perfect for rest and play, but it's no 5 star hotel. Imagine grandma's house with a flair.
