how can i support you?

I know it can be scary reaching out for help (especially when you may be overwhelmed with life and symptoms) and it may feel like another thing to add to a “to do” list, but I can assure you, making YOU a priority is the first step in healing any symptom. 

As you've read here on my website, I offer lots of opportunities but highly recommend Returning to the Garden as a starting place. It is an 8 week online or in-person workshop that covers everything about nervous system regulation. 

Whatever your needs are, I am honored you are here and truly hope to be a support to you. 

Please share information about yourself you feel comfortable sharing and know that “sharing” is always up to you and is not required to heal. There is no dredging up old trauma in this work, only radical presence and embodiedment.
